it is understood that in order to thoroughly implement the national energy strategy and actively explore the demonstration policy for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles, Nanchang has prepared the "Nanchang new energy vehicle charging pile facility layout plan", through the layout plan of charging pile facilities within the downtown area of Nanchang, in order to scientifically plan the layout and construction of charging supporting facilities and form a relatively perfect supporting service system

Considering that the "1035" plastic processing industry should achieve the following goals and tasks, and the electric vehicle is in the initial stage of development, the plan adopts the combination of reservation and configuration. The plan does not make specific layout and site selection, and such charging facilities can be controlled and implemented through the implementation of charging facility configuration criteria and construction standards
